Can you work from our interior designer's drawings?

Yes — that is roughly half our commercial work. We return shop drawings for approval, flag buildability issues early, and coordinate directly with your ID and main contractor.

What are typical lead times for an office fit-out?

Three to five weeks from approved drawings for most offices under 5,000 sq ft, with phased delivery available when your renovation runs in stages.

Do you provide e-invoicing and standard procurement documentation?

Yes. Quotations, delivery orders and invoices follow standard Malaysian e-invoicing requirements, and we can align with your PO process.

Is there a commercial warranty?

Two years on workmanship for commercial installations plus manufacturer warranties on hardware, with a response-time commitment for defect calls.
